These terms cover your use of minutemetalbuildings.com, operated by Alberto Hernandez. By using the site you agree to them.

What this website is

This site lets you configure a metal building, see an estimated price, and request a quote. The buildings are supplied and installed by Scorpion Metal Buildings LLC, based in Mount Airy, North Carolina.

Requesting a quote through this site does not create a contract and does not obligate you to buy anything. Nothing is ordered until you and the installer agree on a final quote.

Estimates are estimates

The price shown by the building estimator is an estimate. It is calculated from current supplier pricing for the configuration you built, and it is the number we expect your quote to land near — but it is not a quote and it is not binding.

Your final price is confirmed in writing before any order is placed, and it can differ from the estimate. Reasons it might include site conditions, delivery distance, permit requirements, supplier price changes, and anything about your build that the estimator does not account for.

Estimates do not include sales tax where applicable.

Delivery, installation, and site preparation

Delivery and installation are included within approximately two and a half hours of Mount Airy, North Carolina. Beyond that a delivery fee may apply.

Installation requires a level site. If your site is not level, it may need preparation at additional cost. We will tell you before any work begins.

Where a county requires a permit, we can handle the filing for an additional fee. Permit requirements vary by county and are not something we can confirm before knowing your location.

Text messages

Our business phone number, (336) 443-8773, can send and receive text messages.

How you opt in. You opt in by texting our published business number. We reply to messages you send us. We do not send unsolicited or promotional texts.

Message frequency. Varies. It depends on how much back-and-forth your question requires. There is no recurring or scheduled message program.

Cost. We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.

Help. Reply HELP for contact information, or call (336) 443-8773.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and message content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. They are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Using the site

Use the site for its intended purpose: configuring a building and requesting a quote. Do not attempt to interfere with it, submit false information, use automated tools to scrape or hammer it, or use it to send anyone unsolicited messages.

We may decline to respond to a request, and we may restrict access to anyone abusing the site.

Content on this site

The text, drawings, and building estimator on this site are ours. You are welcome to view them, save a copy of your own estimate, and share a link. Do not republish the content elsewhere as your own. Photographs of installed buildings are used with permission of the installer.

Photographs show buildings of the type we sell. Your building will be built to the configuration on your quote.

What we do not promise

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is. We do not guarantee that the estimator is free of errors, that the site will always be available, or that every option shown is currently in stock.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect any rights you have under the contract you sign with the installer for the building itself, which is a separate agreement between you and them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
